• Channie’s shall not be liable for any damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from delayed shipments or a carrier’s inability to meet estimated delivery timeframes.

Title to and risk of loss or damage for Products purchased from the Website shall transfer to you upon delivery of the Product(s) to the shipping address specified in your Order, as confirmed by the applicable carrier.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Channie’s is not responsible for Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

If a package is returned to Channie’s due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply before the Order is reshipped.

In the event a shipment is lost or damaged while in transit, customers should promptly contact us at info@channies.com so that we may assist in filing a claim with the applicable carrier. Any replacement or refund requests related to shipping issues shall be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
